Otaku - General
Otaku : Japanese term for people with obsessive interests , animation (anime & manga are the common blackberries ) this term was Introduced in 1983 by Akio Nakamori in the essay : Manga Burikko . It's negativity stems from the stereotypical view of otaku two to the 1989 " murder otaku " ( Tstutomu Miyazaki ) . The Otaku subculture is used as central themes in lot of manga and anime works and academic research. 1980 's was the period in Which the otaku subculture started as changing in social Mentalities and social outcasts . In 2005 Nomura Research Institute otaku divided in different categories , calculating size and market impact . From this research 12 different groups wore classified .

The story is about two boys at their last year of middle school,Moritaka Mashiro and Akito Takagi, the first a skilled draftman winner of several awards for his designs, the second is a skilled writer who won awards for his stories and an excellent student.Takagi noticing the design ability Mashiro has and invites him to join forces to become mangaka (Manga Artists). On the other hand we have Azuki , a beautiful girl who's dream is to becoma an seiyu( voce actress).
A manga of stuggle, perseverance and dreams, a manga that hypnotizes you fom the first page to the last one. The drawings rappresents at the best the story, Ohba and Obata made another great manga ( same authors of Death Note). an exciting and overwhelming manga.
When i started this manga i was behind, i started the first volume when the 15th volume was being issued. the first page brought me in this world of passion and perseverance, curious of going on with the story i ended up reading 15 voluems in two weeks. The biggest mistake i could do. Once i reached the 15th volume i discovered i had to wait 2 months for the next volume to come out.
Bakuman was 7th bestselling manga in 2011 and 10th in 1012
